Alcachofas_a_la_cerveza

INGREDIENTES:

  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 50 gramos de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 1 cucharada de maicena
  • ½ pastilla de caldo de carne
  • 1 pellizco de pimienta blanca
  • azafrán (unas hebras)
  • 330 gramos de cerveza Mahou
  • 1000 gramos de alcachofas (600 gramos limpias), partidas en dos trozos
  • 100 gramos de beicon, en tiras
